Play with Gravity
Choose Up, Down, Left, Right, Clockwise, Anticlockwise or Random, or turn gravity Off. The icon beside the game name identifies the mode; arrows around the board show the current direction.
Gravity Off
Place your piece in any empty square. It stays exactly where you put it.
Fixed directions:

Up, Down, Left and Right
Up: pieces rise towards the top edge.
Down: pieces fall towards the bottom edge.
Left: pieces slide towards the left edge.
Right: pieces slide towards the right edge.
For Up or Down, select a column with space. For Left or Right, select a row with space. The new piece enters from the opposite edge and travels towards gravity until it reaches the edge or another piece. Full rows or columns cannot accept another piece.
Clockwise
and Anticlockwise
Both players get one turn with the same direction before gravity changes. Clockwise follows Down → Left → Up → Right, then repeats. Anticlockwise follows Down → Right → Up → Left, then repeats. For example, White and Black both play with Down, then both play with the next direction.
Choose any empty square. Only your new piece slides from that square in the direction shown. It stops at the board edge or immediately before another piece; it cannot pass through occupied squares. Pieces already on the board stay fixed when gravity changes.
Random gravity
The four directions are shuffled into a random order. Both players take one turn with the first direction, then one turn each with the second, third and fourth. Each direction is used exactly once in a cycle of four pairs, or eight individual player turns.
A fresh shuffle begins for the fifth pair of turns, then the ninth, thirteenth and so on. The first direction of a new cycle is always different from the last direction of the previous cycle. Thus pair 5 differs from pair 4, pair 9 differs from pair 8, and gravity changes after every pair.
For example, a cycle might be Up, Left, Down, Right. The next cycle can start with Up, Left or Down, but cannot start with Right. The rest of that new cycle uses the three remaining directions without repetition.
As with rotating gravity, select any empty square and let the new piece slide until blocked. Existing pieces stay fixed. The gyroscope icon identifies Random gravity. The board arrows show the actual direction for your next turn.
Follow the board arrows
Up and Down arrows appear beside the board. Left and Right arrows appear above and below it. Check these arrows before placing a piece, especially in rotating or Random games.
Design your game
Select More Games, then set the board dimensions, winning target and gravity. Clockwise and Anticlockwise require the longer side to be no more than twice the shorter side: 10 × 5 is allowed, but 10 × 4 is not. Random works with all supported board shapes.
Winning and AI learning
A win is checked after the new piece comes to rest. Connect the target number horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Your AI learns each game format separately, including its gravity mode.
